We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to business development initiatives, partner engagement, and project execution. This role involves managing relationships, negotiating agreements, and driving strategic partnerships to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Strategy
Deliver integrated project components with minimal supervision.
Plan and execute prioritized projects using appropriate methodologies.
Identify opportunities for improvement in partnership solutions, deal structuring, and business planning.
Develop goals and objectives in collaboration with the manager.
Business Development & Partner Management
Lead the identification, negotiation, and implementation of business development agreements (e.g., low-value deals, bilateral agreements).
Manage and maintain relationships with partners, acting as the primary contact.
Ensure seamless deal integration, including contract negotiations, account planning, and issue resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.) to refine go-to-market strategies and execute initiatives.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Industry & Market Expertise
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and Google’s partner ecosystem.
Conduct industry and partner research to develop strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Business & Negotiation Skills
Strong consultative skills to understand stakeholder needs and make data-driven recommendations.
Ability to interpret legal documents and collaborate with attorneys on contract language.
Expertise in objection handling and negotiation to drive successful deal outcomes.
Proficiency in persuasion techniques to gain commitment from partners and stakeholders.
Analytical & Research Skills
Experience in data-driven analysis and reporting to position Google’s products and solutions.
Deep understanding of customer organizations, industries, and competitors.
Ability to identify and manage opportunities throughout the sales and customer lifecycle.
Project & Relationship Management
Strong project/program management skills, particularly in signing and executing deals.
Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven stakeholder management strategies to positively influence decision-makers.
Leadership & Communication
Effective situational leadership skills to engage confidently with senior leaders.
Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex discussions.
Ability to coordinate project timelines, goals, and objectives with minimal guidance.
