Estamos em busca de um profissional para monitorar e garantir a saúde da infraestrutura de TI do nosso cliente - empresa multinacional e líder mundial de equipamentos para redes e telecomunicações., além de oferecer suporte em mudanças de rede e realizar verificações de equipamentos.
Principais Responsabilidades:

1) Spare parts SPOC
- follow up the spare parts delivery process from RMA request to delivery
- tracking of the return process of faulty parts, including the invoice flow
- validation of customer and LSP invoices and point discrepancies to be fixed
- proceed with customer invoice internalization process
- follow up the spare parts delivery process from RMA request to delivery and the return process of faulty parts
- report, control and manage overdue borrow rate from related account with more than 50 SRs per month

2) Stocktaking Tasks:
- organize LSP in order to finish routine stocktaking
- Support on inventory CIAG result
- Support on Cycle and Quarterly Stocktaking execution and control
- inventory analysis and warehouse periodic audit

3) Planning activities support:
- analysis and execution of replenishment plan
- handle importation requests;
- follow up the importation and replenishment flows
- propose improvement and optimization on warehouse design based on delivery demand analysis
- optimize inventory planned and introduce new methods for planning
